My Philosophy

Too many startups waste their time and money on heading in the wrong direction. They repeat typical founder's mistakes, wonderign why things don't go well. Those mistakes are hard to identify being "in the box" however, easily visible for somebody who constantly works with various startups.

My mission is to prevent startups from failing by testing proper hypothesis and building scalable business model early.

"Trial & Error" method is the slowest and the most expensive way of learning for a startup. Mentoring saves 6-12+ months, which, in many cases, makes all the difference.

I've been Head of Sales in three B2B Tech startups learning what it takes to make sales in the SaaS startups.

Before that I was a founder of B2B lead generation business, focused on booking appointments to software companies. I had a unique opportunity to do prospecting and > 10 thousand cold calls for >20 various tech software companies.

Before that, spent 7 years in the SEB Bank working in various positions at Credit and Capital Markets divisions (in Lithuania and Sweden).

In addition, I'm certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have strong psychology skills. Healthy mix of Sales, Finance, Coaching and Psychology skills is my core strength It helps me quickly identify the main bottleneck and together with the startup come up with the most relevant solution at a given time, given their time, resources, financial & technical limitation.

My Present

Currently, I work with SaaS and FinTech startups in Baltics, Nordic, Western Europe and USA, helping them to build scalable sales process and find new sales channels.

I'm also lead sales coach/mentor at Startup Wise Guys accelerator. I was a lead sales coach in the Accelerator's FinTech Batch # 4 (Oct, 2020 - Feb, 2020). During SWG Accelerator 12 teams collectively achieved:

- Attracted 800+ new clients in 4.5 months

- 2.5x Monthly Revenue growth

By working with big number of various startups I've learned to identify which sales approach fits certain startup given their product/target audience. Also, I've learned to forecast early which approach will work & which will not work based on early indications.
